The privacy of our customers and users is
extremely important to us, as we are internet users ourself. This document
outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use
our services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard your
information.
SCOPE
This outlines the Net Specialists Privacy Policy, which
describes in the privacy practices that apply to our products, services and
websites (collectively, Net Specialists' "services").
PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Net Specialists collects personal information when you
register for one of our services or otherwise voluntarily provide such
information. We may combine personal information collected from you with
information from other services we provide or from third parties, in order
to provide a better user experience, including customizing content for you.
- Net Specialists uses cookies and other technologies to
enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use our services
in order to improve the quality of our services.
- Net Specialists' servers automatically record information
when you visit our website or websites that we host, or when you use some of
our services, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and
the date and time of your request.
USES
- We may use personal information to provide the services
you've requested, including services that display customized content and/or
advertising.
- We may also use personal information for auditing,
research and analysis to operate and improve Net Specialists' services.
- We may share aggregated non-personal information with
third parties outside of Net Specialists (such as non-personal website
statistics).
- Each of our hosting customers has access to aggregated
non-personal information as applies to their own websites.
- When we use third parties to assist us in processing your
personal information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy
and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
- We may also share information with third parties in
limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process,
preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network
and services, or when determining if a client or third party may be in
violation of the Net Specialists Terms of Service or Net Specialists
Customer Agreement.
- NET SPECIALISTS DOES NOT SELL, GIVE OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVERTISING OR
MARKETING. Our hosting and e-mail customers are required follow this policy
as well or risk deactivation of their service accounts according to the Net
Specialists Terms of Service and/or the Net Specialists Customer Agreement.
YOUR PREFERENCES AND CHOICES
Generally speaking, if we send e-mail to you, it's for the
purpose of informing you of an issue with one of our services that affects you,
or informs you of a change to one of our services, so that may you use our
services to their full potential and your full benefit. However, you may request
to not receive such e-mails at any time by sending a message to
support@netspecialists.com with
the e-mail address you'd like us to remove from our mailings. We attempt to
honor all such requests within a few hours, however in some cases it may take up
to 24 hours for such a request to be processed.
